Program
Producer and New Media Instructional Trainer, NYIT/TBLS (April
2006-Present)
Develop and facilitate interdisciplinary curriculum workshops using the
latest technologies for teachers, administrators, and students in the
NYCBOE Region One Bronx public school system. Technologies
include the creation of digital stories, video/audio podcasting, and
blogging.
Consultant
and Trainer for Brooklyn College’s Community Partnership
(April 2005 to Present)
Train media educators to work in after school and in-school
environments.

Oral Historian/ Media Educator/ Curriculum Developer. Facilitated oral
history and media training workshops for teachers and students, grades
second-eighth. Developed social documentary projects on community
issues facing youth in the Bronx: The History of the Pollution of
the Bronx River and a number of projects exploring history and cultural
diversity in the Bronx.

Associate Producer/ Videographer for "Running," an award winning PBS
documentary about New York City’s historic 2001 City Council race.
Produced segment on Dominican candidates and campaign finance reform in
the Washington Heights District.
Elder Share
the Arts (February 2001-April 2002)
Media Educator. Taught intergenerational video production,
editing, media literacy, and photo workshops for in-school and
after-school programs with sixth and ninth graders.
Paper Tiger
Television Collective (November 1997-2002)
Video Producer/ Distribution Coordinator/ Media Educator.
Participated in producing, shooting, and editing video documentaries
that address issues of democratic communications, media representation
and economics of the information industry. Collaborated
with different youth media organizations to bring several youth media
producers to the WTO protests in DC. Worked with Queer youth to
produce two documentaries: “Fenced Out” and “Homecoming Queens.”
Projects focused on the history of LGBTQ life in NYC from the
1960s-present.
